As a testament to our confidence in our products, we offer a 10-year guarantee to our customers, covering any defects in materials or workmanship. This Promise underscores our dedication to ensuring your satisfaction and the longevity of your leather product.
If the guarantee applies, we will repair or replace your item at no cost to you (other than transportation costs if the item was purchased more than 12 months ago) or, where this is not reasonably possible, offer you a 40% discount voucher towards a new product.
While we are confident that you will not encounter any issues with your Anya Sushko bag or accessory, our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction guarantees that your product will be by your side, ready for any adventure, time and time again.

The guarantee only applies if the product was purchased new directly through our official website or authorised retail partners, and evidenced by a proof of purchase.
Please note that guarantee only covers defects in materials or workmanship. It will not always be clear whether there is, in fact, a defect in materials or workmanship but our promise to you is that we will assess all cases in a fair, thorough and honest way.
The guarantee does not cover the following (by way of example): damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear or transport or other third-party damage (e.g. by airlines).
Where the guarantee does not apply, we may be able to repair products under our Repairs Service (see below).
Leather and Care
Any veins, slight scars or creases that may be visible are naturally-occurring and part of the character of the leather. Leather tends to get softer and changes colour slightly over time. Metal hardware may change the colour over time, too.
We recommend that you don’t leave your item in direct sunlight (this can lead to discolouring and fading) or expose it to wet or damp conditions or high temperatures (this can lead to bubbles or marks appearing). Avoid applying strong detergents, waxes or polishes to your item, which can prevent it from breathing and attract dirt. Repairs Service
Where your product is not covered by our guarantee, we may still be able to repair it for you subject to you paying the repair and transportation costs. We will assess each product carefully on a case-by-case basis and communicate all issues and steps forward clearly with you, so you know exactly where you stand with all possible options and costs. We will always try to carry out repairs at a reasonable cost whenever possible.
Transportation
When shipping the product to us, it must be packed well and secured so that it doesn’t get damaged in transit as we cannot be liable for any third-party damage. Please use the original dust bag (if you have it), tissue paper and bubble wrap and pack the item inside the box.
